Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Condor Referral Program, the referred organization must sign an annual agreement with Condor for a minimum term of twelve (12) months. Agreements for pilot programs, short-term trials, or limited engagements do not qualify for referral rewards. Additionally, the referred company must not be an existing Condor client, an active sales lead in our CRM, or a subsidiary, affiliate, or spin-off of a current client. The person or organization submitting the referral must have a pre-existing professional or personal relationship with the individual they are referring. Referrals acquired through unsolicited outreach, including but not limited to mass email campaigns, purchased contact lists, or other forms of harvested data, are not permitted and will not be considered eligible. Condor reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of the referral relationship and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. Reward Structure
For each eligible referral that results in a signed and active annual customer agreement, the referring party will receive a $3,000 dinner/ team-building experience credit. This credit is intended to be used for hosting a relationship-building dinner, team building activity, or networking event, during which Condor has the ability to review and approve of the selected event, attend, and approve the attendee list. The reward is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
3. Reward Timing and Limitations
Rewards will be eligible for issue thirty (30) days after the referred company's annual contract license star date and is confirmed as an active customer under a qualifying agreement. Only one reward will be granted per referred organization, regardless of how many individuals submit the referral. In cases where multiple referrals are submitted for the same organization, the reward will be granted to the first validated referral received by Condor. Each referring organization may receive a maximum of three (3) referral rewards per calendar year, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Referral Submission Process
Referrals must be submitted either through Condor's official referral submission form or by replying directly to a Condor team email. Submissions must include the contact information for both the referring and referred individuals.
5. Review and Discretion
Condor reserves the right to review and validate all referral submissions and to deny rewards if any eligibility criteria are not met. All determinations regarding qualification, reward value, and timing will be made at the sole discretion of Condor and are final.
6. Legal Disclaimer
This program is subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice. Participation in the Condor Referral Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable tax reporting and compliance obligations. All decisions related to eligibility and reward fulfillment are final and made at the sole discretion of Condor Software, Inc.
